Hi listers,
Searched for history on this one but found nothing... First off, the vitals:
RedHat8 (stock, with updated rpms)
php-4.2.2-8.0.5
So here I am, learning the joys of using pear. I'll do something like:
/usr/bin/pear install MDB
and everything is fine. Then:
/usr/bin/pear list-installed
and then I see all the neat packages I've been installing. Then:
/usr/bin/pear install (something else, doesn't matter)
and I get:
Usage: pear [options] command [command-options] <parameters>
Type "pear help options" to list all options.
Type "pear help <command>" to get the help for the specified command.
.........
?
I cannot determine when this is triggered, or what it is that is happening.
All I can tell is that the pear executable spontaneously combusts, seemingly
at random. It is not tied to what command is given to pear, either.
I am relatively certain that this is not the desired behaviour... Anyone else
see this?
