A nice tag for PHPDoc would be an @todo tag, that allows you to write in
todo's for a given function or class. Then, IDE's could extract those lines
and present them in a todo buffer, much the same as intellij handles this
in java. It's a great feature.
The fact that your todo's turn up in your doc would be nice also, and it
would be great to make that optional.
