Hello everyone,
I have installed the lastest version of horde on my Red Hat 8 Box. Horde
works perfectly except that im unable to send email. I get this error
when trying to send email.
Warning: Failed opening 'Net/Socket.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /usr/share/pear/Net/SMTP.php on
line 93
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: net_socket in
/usr/share/pear/Net/SMTP.php on line 95
Now I have backed up and edited the SMTP.php file and added my SMTP
server address and port into it.
If I was not ment to edit this file I have it backed up.
If anyone can help me with this problem I would be most greatful.
My distro is RH 8
PHP 4.2.2 with Pear
My email address is kn0x@xobmail.co.uk
Many thanks again.
