Hi, I am trying out MDB, version 1.1.1 (which I then would like to connect to DataObject). I was walking through the tutorial on http://www.backendmedia.com/MDB/docs/ and I found it did not work. After some debugging I discovered that in the MDB.php class, an attempt is made to instatiate a class MDB_driver_mysql, to be found in the MDB/mysql.php file. There is no such class in this file and therefore no such connection is made. The real name of the class is MDB_mysql. I changed this on line 267 of the MDB/MDB.php file and then I could connect to the database (and create / update databases with the MDB_Manager). I think this is definitely a bug (either in the MDB.php file or in the mysql.php file). Also, in the tutorial the following example code is given: $connected = $manager->connect(); This does not work. It should be: $connected = $manager->connect($dbinfo); (whereby $dbinfo is elsewhere in the script).
