Can't get PEAR::DB to work

Hi, i installed PEAR package manager correctly, and it says i have DB
1.3 installed, but when i use a test file to see if everything is
correct and i can use Tiki CMS (an awesome CMS by the way,
http://tikiwiki.sourceforge.net ) i use a php test
page with that
instructions:

require_once("DB.php");
require_once "PEAR.php";
echo ("<h3>Swoobadoo</h3>");
?>
and i get that nice error :
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path='') in
/home/innovast/public_html/peartest.php on line 2
*My include paths in php.ini are as follows
