I dont quite understand the issue you are talking about here (I don't use the setErrorHandler() method). Could you explain in a bit more detail what is happening or not happening. And what needs to happen instead. Also what DB driver are you using. If I recognize your name correctly you are a potential oracle driver users and I wouldn't be surprised if there are bugs there (especially in the error handling, since I had to rewrite that during the porting from Metabase) ...
