Need help with Auth_HTTP

Hello
I can not get the logout part to function with the Auth_HTTP class.
*** Part of code ***
if ($_GET['logginn'] == 1) {
$optional = true;
} else {
$optional = false;
}
$auth = new Auth_HTTP("DB", $auth_parameter,'', $optional);
$auth->start();
if ($_GET['loggut'] == 1) {
$auth->logout();
}
if ($auth->getAuth()) {
print 'Inn';
} else {
print 'Out';
}

First I run the code with 'localhost/index.php?logginn=1' - I then get the
dialogbox and do the login.
I then run the code with 'localhost/index.php' - I am still 'in'.
I then run the code with 'localhost/index.php?loggut=1' - I get logged out
with the 'Out' message.
And here is the problem:
If I then run the program with 'localhost/index.php' - I am in again with no
dialogbox! Why?
