Installation prefix : d:\web 2. Binaries directory : d:\web\pear\bin 3. PHP code directory : $prefix\pear 4. Documentation base directory : d:\web\pear\docs 5. Data base directory : d:\web\pear\data 6. Tests base directory : d:\web\pear\tests as far as i see go-pear ignores drive letter changes in $prefix. it installs all packages to c:\web\pear and the dirs: registry, bin, data, docs, tests and files .filemap and .lock to d:\web\pear. something is not well in this :) most important part of output: pear command is now ..... d:\web\pear\bin\pear [hmmm.... no it isn`t!] during another tries most succesfull was 'idiot test' - enter, enter, enter... everything was where it suposed to be. with one simple 'but': pear.bat contained: set PHP_BIN=@php_bin@ set BIN_DIR=@bin_dir@ set PEAR_PATH=@include_path@ should it be so, or should it be set by installer? if you have more questions or need a guinea pig for tests, i`m your man :] rash
