Look at your c:\php\pear.bat, you have to change three variables.
I'v done this changes but for me it's not working (i get other problems)... Perhaps you'll be more lucky ;)

I have just installed PEAR (I think) on Windows XP. From the CLI directory I ran php -n -r "include 'http://go-pear.org';", accepted all of the defaults, and everything appeared to install correctly. I now have PEAR in my C:\PHP directory where it should be. I have added "c:php\pear" to the include path in my php.ini file. When I try to test pear, however, by running "pear list" from the command line, moving first tot he C:\PHP directory, I get the following message: 'php_bin@' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. What is going on? Thanks in advance. Philip Ford
