Hi there, I´ve just tried to use a newer snapshot of the PEAR CVS (about 1.5 months old) on a server running PHP 4.0.2. When trying to include DB.php, I get this error: > Parse error: parse error, expecting T_STRING' or > T_VARIABLE' > or `'$'' in /usr/local/php-4.0.2/pear/DB.php on line 194 Other than that (and well, yes, slightly off-topic), I also use PHPLib´s template.inc which throws this message when including: > Fatal error: Class declarations may not be nested in > /usr/local/apache_1.3.14/htdocs/liveadmin/statistik/template.inc > on line 12 As I´ve got the same PEAR version running successfully with the same scripts on a PHP 4.0.4PL1 server, I imagine the stone-old PHP version being the problem here. Can anyone confirm this?
