Current CVS version of QuickForm (that will eventually become QuickForm 3.0)
has support for ITX template engine.
Usage example is in docs/renderers/
Unfortunately, it will not work with HTML_Template_ITX 1.1, you can download
an unofficial fork of ITX from
http://158.250.10.119/pear/IT%5bX%5d-fork.tar.gz
