Hm, I'm not sure, but try to delete your cookies :-) LiveUser stores the container names and tries to retrieve it. I enter any combination of user/pwd (father/father, etc.) and the resulting screen tells me that an unknown error has ocurred, and then that I'm not allowed in. The debug information that follows seems ok to me. Similar results with example2. I'm attaching the output page as example2.php.zip. Example 3: I followed the setup instructions and got to the 'Greetings!' page. When clicking on a navigation link, an error indicating 'Invalid configuration type' shows up, followed by warnings indicating that headers are already sent (the only thing I changed in the conf.php file were the authContainers and permContainer DSNs, and the PEAR path). Output attached as example3.php.zip (If I comment out the echo output in the eHandler callback function, then I can see the login form, but the login is not successful).
