PEAR installation on windows: updated script to test

Hi Urs (urs@circle.ch) and me have been working on the win32 specific part of the go-pear script (pear base install). Please download it from the link below and test it with your php installation. It's working (almost) perfectly here... Instructions: *********** 1. Download the file from www.gordimer.net/go-pear.php.txt into your php binaries directory and rename it to go-pear.php. 2. cd to your php binaries directory and type the following command: cli\php -f go-pear.php 3. You will be guided through the pear base installation process. Make sure to add the pear directory to your include_path in php.ini after installation has completed. 4. You should now be able to use pear and to configure it using the pear command from the command line. 5. If you fail: Please give feedback in this thread. Thanks. Christoph
