Betrand,
Thanks for the quick answer :-)
In this line from QuickForm_example7.php
$form->addGroup($checkbox, 'ichkABC', 'ABCD:', array(' ', '<br />'));
The final argument to addGroup() specifies that each element in the group should be followed by a and every second element should be followed by a <br />
At least that's what the output seems to demonstrate. I'd like to modify this so the group is output to a table, and every third element is sent to a new <tr>
eg:
<tr>
<td>elem 1</td><td>elem 2</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>elem 3</td><td>elem 3</td>
</tr>
The default functionality looks a bit chaotic as I'm using longish field labels. If you could point me to the method that handles this I will give it a go :-)
cheers,
Demian

Can anyone tell me which method handles this, I made it down to Quickform::addElement(), but the separator argument doesn't appear to be dealt with here. cheers,I don't understand the question :-?
