HTML_Template_IT return value from loadTemplatefile

While debugging a recent problem I noticed that the method
loadTemplatefile (on failure) returns a boolean value where
as methods like setCurrentBlock, setVariable, and
parseCurrentBlock return an error object that provides more information
as to why it failed.
Please consider enhancing the loadTemplatefile method to return an error
object on failure that provides a reason to why the method fail.
