Hi
Can I install PEAR on my laptop running IIS v5, even though it is
not connected to Internet. I have PHP running OK, but when I look
at installing PEAR it seems I must run my laptop on the Net to
do any installing. Where can I get information on how to install
downloaded PEAR components.
