PEAR and Go-Pear problem

Hi,
I was using a Pear installation made using GoPear.org setup for 2 months but
suddently I am not able to access the WebInstaller anymore. It looks like I
am redirected endlessly.
The classes are still available as usual but I can not upgrade my PEAR
installation anymore.
I tried to make a fresh installation but the current Go-Pear.org script
seems to be buggy.
Everything is ok until all the packages are installed, the progress bar is
set to 70% then the script stops without any error display. Switching
between the minimum and th extendend packages lists does not change
anything.
My configuration is :
Windows 2003 Server
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.3.1
Mozilla 1.2.1 & 1.4a
IE 6.0
Has someone experienced the same kind of problem ?
