APD 0.4p2 makes "empty" traces

I've compiled and installed APD 0.4p2. I have the following in php.ini: [Zend] zend_extension=/opt/php/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/apd.so apd.dumpdir = /var/log/httpd/php_apd_trace.log I'm having these 3 problems: -1- APD appears in phpinfo() (with version = 0.1 ???). -2- Whatever trace I try I get something like this: ( 0.000000): apd_set_session_trace called at /whatever/temp.php:2 ( 0.006146): RSHUTDOWN called - end of trace IOW, no data in between trace session start and RSHUTDOWN. -3- Some functions are reported as not defined, such as apd_dump_function_table().
