First of all.
PHPdoc works great!
One minor tweak to the PHPdoc could improve the parser:
It appears that the following code:
$tquery->define("sysid", $sysid) is greped as "constant".
The Regular Expression in line 360 of
phpdoc/parser/PhpdocParserRegExp.php starts with
@^%sdefine%s\(%s(.......
For a quick fix I added [^>] like this:
@^[^>]%sdefine%s\(%s(.......
