Foolproof installation for Imagemagick package on Windows

I am trying to get the imagemagick installation working on windows XP with php v4.3.0 using Apache V1.3 and Zend server center
1. Have downloaded the dll-file from http://php.chregu.tv/php_imagick.dll and stored it in the extension folder for PHP.
2. Have downloaded Imagemagick ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q8-windows-dll.exe and installed it under c:\program\ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q8. Have checked the PATH and it is correct. Imagemagick stand alone works!
3. Have modified php.ini and added the php_imagemagick.dll
When I start Apache I get an error saying: "Unable to load dynamic library: C:php\php-4.3.0-Win32\extensions/php_imagemagick.dll" cannot find the given procedure.
What am I doing wrong?
Could someone please help me?
