$form->freeze(); normally prepare Quickform to show the validated data in the
same page. If you want to show the validated data in another page, you have
to store them in a Database, Session or whatever you like.
You have to do this inside the if ($form->validate()) condition. Then do an
redirect to the second page, get the Data from Database/Session and
display...
