HTML_IT doesn't parse

Why is it that HTML_IT doesn't parse blocks that don't have variables in
it which $tpl->parse("block")? Not even if I setCurrentBlock()
parseCurrentBlock().
Is this a known BUG and I should upgrade or is it a bad feature?
I'm using PHP 4.3.0 with PEAR that comes with this veriosn of PHP.

Porqué usar una base de datos relacional cualquiera,
si podés usar PostgreSQL?
