Thanks Martin I used phpMyAdmin to MD5 the password and it worked....exxxxxxcellent. Now I'll try and get the permissions bit you sent me to work. I'll let you know how I get on. I'd think this would be a useful feature to add to Pear Auth maybe. Glad to hear you party too and not just code all the time...keep it up!
