Code Repository

I have been using PHP for many years now but have just discovered all that PEAR has to offer. We have used DB for quite a while, but never exercised the rest of the classes. We are interested in begining a code repository for internal use. In many ways it would be similar to pear.php.net in that it would be a set of commonly used classes. Most of the classes will be for our internal use only but we would occassionally like to contribute to the PEAR community as well. So my question is... is there any nice code repositories already built? We would like it to not necessarily be tied to PHP only as we will want to place shell scripts, firewall scripts, ActionScript and other snippets in it. If you have any advice I would appreciate it.
