Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm running PHP 4.3.0 as a service in Apache2.
Thanks again.

Subject: [PEAR] Windoze install troubles
I can't seem to get PEAR to work on my necessary-evil WinXP box. I've followed
the instructions on the site but things just don't seem to work, unlike on my
Linux machine, which was a breeze. Can anyone point me to a step-by-step or
perhaps offer tips? Thanks a lot.
