It's for your class. See:
function PEAR_Error($message = 'unknown error', $code = null,
$mode = null, $options = null, $userinfo = null)
$message: is the error message that will get the user
$code: the error code of your error message (for example useful when
your class is used by others or want to build the msg from the code,
etc)
$mode & $options: the type of action you want to take when the error is
raisen
$userinfo: extra debug code (explained error, native error, help, etc)
normally only visible for the developer while debuging the app.
