trying to use Table.php

when i use in my PHP file
require_once "HTML/Table.php";
I get the message
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'HTML/table.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php')
when I am putting the PHP file on my webhost's server
when I execute it on my local computer (WIN-XP, IIS) it works fine
my webhost claims they support PHP and PEAR and that it is my fault
someone has a clue for me what to do next??
