Windows & go-pear

Not to long back I made reference to go-pear not working on my windows machine. I told whoever it was (sorry!) that I would let them know next time I got an error... here's what I got: The following PEAR packages are bundled with PHP: DB, Net_Socket, Net_SMTP, Mail, XML_Parser, phpUnit.
