Couple of questions...
1.) What is contained in PEAR.ini and is there any documentation on configuring that file?
2.) Is there something that is supposed to be put into php.ini for PEAR? If so, what? And, is there any documentation anywhere?
3.) One of my web hosts has a PEAR binary, what is this, is there a windows equivalent, and what does it do?
Thanks!
