PHP & Apache on Win98

Hi dears. I have win98. & i installed Apache for win32 as application.(No service) Then i installed php for win32. & i copied php4ts.dll to c:\windows\system\ I modified httpd.conf : I wrote following line at <Directory c:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs> AddType application/x-httpd-php .php & then i wrote following line at <IfModule mod_alias.c> ScriptAlias "/php/" "c:/php/" & then i wrote following line at after </Ifmodule> Action application/x-httpd-php "c:/php/php.exe" then i started Apache,But when i request localhost/ ,did't display my page. Becuse i made a page at c:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs & name of my page is index.php But server response error 400 Please guide me...
