Thanks. This is what I needed.
It looks like you have a malformed DSN. The DB::parseDSN method is returning a value of 3 for your phptype, when it should be finding something like 'mysql', 'pgsql', 'sybase', etc. Since there is no phptype '3', there is no include file named '3.php', and so it throws an error.
