I installed the latest PEAR package manager via go-pear. Got a whole bunch
of PHP errors before it got to the install script, but, it got to the
install script, nonetheless, and replied that it had installed no problem.
If I run any pear command (e.g. pear info DB), I get a whole bunch of PHP
Warnings, referencing duplicate names.
When I check out phpinfo, it shows no pear available.
When I run the test script associated with phpaga (which is the whole reason
I installed pear, or I *think* I installed pear), it tells me that pear is
not installed...
Would it have anything to do with the fact that I have the Zend Optimization
engine running? Is there some way to get past this/around this?
