Template_Flexy and gettext()

I just started working with HTML_Template_Flexy and received the following php error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: gettext() in C:\PHP\pear\HTML\Template\Flexy\Token\Text.php on line 98 so I went on PHP.net and looked up gettext() and then copied libintl-1.dll into c:\windows\system32\ but the error still pops up. Any idea what might be going on? I'm running PHP 4.3.2 (as a module), Apache2, and WinXPHSR1. HTML_Template_Flexy appears to be installed perfectly fine, I think I'm just not doing something with libintl-1.dll. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, - Stan
