HTML_QuickformComplex form issues

Hi again, I'm running into more complexities - I need to create a form that has a number of select elements that are drawn from a table as follows Table Action - [Action_id,Action,Explanation_reqd] The 'reqd' field indicates that the user should include an explanation field. I've built the relevant select objects for Action_id,Action but I'm a little confused about how to include a rule/javascript function to enforce the explanation field. It gets worse - the users expect to be able to select multiple ones of these, some of which will require explanation, some not. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks, -- Barry Steele <barry@hpfm.biz> hpfm
