HTML_Qucikform - Validation error text displayed twice

I've created a simple form based on the smarty-static example of the HTML_QuickForm package. All the error messages are being displayed twice: i.e.: CONTACT: Contact is required Contact is required [input] Email: [input] PHONE: Please enter xxx.yyy.zzzz Please enter xxx.yyy.zzzz [input] The validatoin rules for the contact field is just 'required' Any ideas? --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
