Hi,
Could the next release of Cache have an optional dependency on HTTP_Request? All that is needed is a check in Cache/HTTP_Request.php for the presence of the package and a graceful exit otherwise. Then packages like phpDocumentor that could not possibly ever have a need for HTTP_Request caching can use it without the unneeded bulk.
