Waht does this reall mean?
G:\etc\php\pear>pear upgrade-all
Console_Getopt: Could not read cmd args (register_argc_argv=Off?)
I found that setting in my php.ini and I turned it ON, still get the same
message.
What am I doing wrong this time?
