The correct way to call it is
php /path/to/pear/DB/DataObject/creatables.php myconffile.ini
It is not a pear command, nor is it found in the pear_executable_directory
(shout on alan for that one :)
I guess this would make sense to have it installed as a script to be
available like the pear command.
