Translate package: missing sql script?

Hi,
I've spent 3 hours to find a sql script which creates
the tables needed for the Translation package. Does anyone
know how to create them? The package seems to create
only the tr_strings_$LangID tables. What about the 'main'
table called tr_langsavail? Where can I find a script
which creates it? Shouldn't it be included in the package?
