Suggestion: If I would like my DB::nextId() sequence to start at a
certain number, this would be nice:
DB/<database>.php:
function createSequence($seq_name, $first_id=1) { ... }
It's hardcoded 1 currently. I'd put it in but do not feel expert in
all the DBs implemented.
