All the forms elements in your template are populated in HTML_Template_Flexy
elements (for further manipulations). You are using twice the attribute
name="userID" (or/and id="userID") in your template (probably in two
different forms). You can use flexy:ignore in your form (or input) tag or
<form/input flexyobject="name">. See
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.html.html-template-flexy.tag.form.php.
