Hi, while creating a password change form for out samba domain, I discovered a small typo bug in Crypt/CHAP.php, in function lmPasswordHash().
instead of
$this->_desHash(substr($plain, 8, 7));
there should be
$this->_desHash(substr($plain, 7, 7));
that's all, but it prevented from creating a working lmPassword, which is longer than 7 characters.
