Thanks for previous reply.
One more question, when using '$form = new HTML_QuickForm' and
addElement(), I noticed that <table is automatically generated now, how
would I specify that I want table with cellpadding="2" ? Or how would I
insert an empty row? (<tr><td colspan="x"> </td></tr>) ?
