If I have an offset, how can I get a time zone?
You could get *a* timezone by offset, but it's more than likely going to be the wrong one. For example, look at how many zones have the same offset as Eastern Standard Time. While most of them are called Eastern Standard Time, the first one in the array isn't (Columbian something, maybe? Going from memory here), and that's what would be returned. I don't believe that there is a method to do this kind of lookup, but if this issue could be worked out (choosing prefered zones?), i'm sure it could be added... -- Marshall Roch
