I just installed the PEAR package installer and it's supposedly installed okay.
1. I told it where to install the CLI but I don't see anything. That folder had full RWX permissions at the time.
2. I keep trying to install the PHPDocumentor using the Web Interface but it's not working. I don't get an error, it just doesn't install it. I would try the command-line install, but as I said it apparently didn't install that.
Any help would be great.
