pear installer question

Hi, is there a way to avoid multiple download of packages in case dependencies failed? This almost doesn't matter with small packages or if you've got a fast internet connection, BUT if you are one of those who have to live with a slow classic modem... Would be very helpful if pear would buffer previously downloaded (and not yet successfully installed) packages! Perhaps I still haven't found the switch for that feature. Who can update me? Marko
