Hi again,
I've been looking into the issue and it gets a little curiouser.
The working (production) site builds the following HTML (Quickform
generated :
<form action="/slsa/incident_playpen/incident_index.php" method="post"
name="incidentReportingLog" id="incidentReportingLog" onsubmit="return
validate_incidentReportingLog();" >
On my server the same PHP code produces :
<form Array >
-- Which seems less than good.
simple.php in the QFC package produces the same HTML output. (<form
ARRAY >
Any thoughts?
