QFC - who puts the values in the container?

Hi!
I got a QFC element and several Actions - non being called "process". When I
call the action it seems that there is no way to get the *current* (just
entered) values. Neither exportValue/s (Form/controller) nor
getElementValues does give me the value I want. The container also does not
include these values. If I push F5 I get the values ...
How am I supposed to do that? Which process puts the values in the
container?
Thanks for your answers - I had been trying many things in the last hours
