Installing Auth package

Hi all.
I've been working on PHP server for some months and now I'm beginer on
PEAR. On test server I've installed WinNT4 with Apache 1.3.27 and PHP
4.3.1. Initial Pear packages was installed successfully and I've tried
with Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer without any problem. But now I'm trying to
install Auth package and pear script tells me:
downloading Auth-1.2.2.tgz ...
.. done: 21,992 bytes
failed to write C:\PHP\pear\tests\Auth\tests\.tmpusers
Can anyone help me on what I'm doing wrong?
