HTML_QuickForm inheritance errors

I've been developing an application that uses HTML_QuickForm rather extensively and I just moved it from my production box to a production box and was preparing to make it live when I came across a series of bizarre errors. Fatal error: Class html_quickform_static: Cannot inherit from undefined class html_quickform_element in /usr/local/share/pear/HTML/QuickForm/header.php on line 21 The HTML_QuickForm, HTML_Common and PHP versions are identical between the two boxes. The files seem file and I checked the source for any kind of glaringly obvious error, like a missed require statement, but I found nothing. Anyone else experienced this problem that can lend a hand?
